RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal: If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 calendar days without the need for justification.

Returns of products that do not include the corresponding invoice will not be accepted.

The return of a product will be replaced with an identical one or, if unavailable, for an item of greater value.

For both shoulders and hams, the minimum weight at the time of return must be 75% of the original weight of the piece, and the original seal around the shank must always be kept intact.

The withdrawal period will expire 7 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case that goods in your order are delivered separately, 7 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last of these goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Polígon Sant Jordi, Parc. 1, 25613, Camarasa (Lleida), Tel: 973.420.007, or by email at info@jovevinyes.com of your decision to withdraw from the Contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 7 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods.

You must return or deliver the products directly to Polígon Sant Jordi, Parc. 1, 25613, Camarasa (Lleida), Tel: 973.420.007, or request a return through our website via a Tipsa messenger, without undue delay and, in any case, within 7 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the Contract. The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before this period expires.

Unless you return the goods to Polígon Sant Jordi, Parc. 1, 25613, Camarasa (Lleida), Tel: 973.420.007, or through a Tipsa messenger organized by us, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

DRET CONTRACTUAL DE DESISTIMENT

A més de el dret de desistiment reconegut legalment als consumidors i usuaris, li concedim un termini de 30 dies comptat des de la confirmació d’enviament per a realitzar devolucions dels productes.

En cas que torni els productes dins de l’termini contractual de el dret de desistiment, un cop transcorregut el termini legal, se li reemborsarà únicament el preu pagat per aquests productes.

Vostè es farà càrrec dels costos directes de devolució del producte quan no realitzi la devolució en Polígon Sant Jordi, Parc. 1, 25613, Camarasa (Lleida), Telèfon 973.420.007, ni quan no es realitzin a través d’un missatger de Tipsa organitzat per nosaltres.

Vostè podrà exercitar el seu dret de desistiment, si bé si ens comunica la seva intenció de desistir de l’Contracte transcorregut el termini legal de desistiment, haurà en tot cas lliurar els béns dins el termini de 30 dies comptat des de la confirmació d’enviament.

Common provisions:

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract if the object is the supply of any of the following products:

i. Customized items.

ii. Items without their original packaging.

iii. Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, if the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must handle the product(s) with care while in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions, and other documents that may have accompanied it.

You can return the items to Polígono Sant Jordi, Parc. 1, 25613, Camarasa (Lleida), Phone 973.420.007, or via a Tipsa courier that we will send to your home.

If you choose to return the items in person, you will need to go to the indicated address and return the item along with the return form that we will provide, duly completed.

Returns through courier – Tipsa:
You must contact us through our return request on the website so we can arrange a pickup from your home. You must return the goods in the same package you received them in.

If you do not wish to return the items through any of the free options available, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items by paying shipping, we are authorized to charge you any expenses we may incur.

After inspecting the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund of the shipping costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all items in the order are returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days from the date you informed us of your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase.

You will bear the cost and risk of returning the products, as indicated above.

Returns to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

If you wish to exchange or return a product that was delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, you must contact us at the phone number 973 420 007 to arrange with us or one of our representatives the collection of the product by a courier or to return it at your own expense.

Returns of Defective Products

In cases where you believe that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the contract, you must immediately contact us by sending product details and the damage it suffers, calling the phone number 973.420.007, where we will instruct you on how to proceed.

If the merchandise arrives with damaged or wet packaging, it is mandatory to report the incident on the delivery receipt with the courier and keep the original box or packaging for verification purposes. It is important to provide photos verifying the damage to the packaging and product, if possible.

The product can be returned to Polígono Sant Jordi, Parc. 1, 25613, Camarasa (Lleida), or handed to a courier we will send to your home. We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you by email within a reasonable period whether a refund or replacement will be provided (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement will proceed.

The amounts paid for products returned due to a defect or fault, when one truly exists, will be fully refunded, including the delivery charges incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you incurred to return the item to us. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.

In any case, the rights recognized by current legislation are not affected.
