The influence of the landscape on our production. We are in Camarasa , in the Noguera region, an area of ​​great natural and agricultural wealth, located at the gates of the Pre-Pyrenees of Lleida . This privileged environment provides us with unique conditions for the production and curing of our products, thanks to a climate characterized by cold winters and warm summers . The water of the Segre River , which crosses the region, and the proximity to the Sant Llorenç de Montgai and Camarasa reservoirs, have turned this region into an ideal location for livestock and agricultural production.
